Advising
Academic planning is a lot like preparing for a road trip: you need to know where you're going, the best way to go and how long it will take. We call this advising.
Business administration students meet with an academic advisor from the School of Business at least twice per year. Meeting with an academic advisor ensures that you make choices that help you reach your goals. If you're not sure what you want to study, we can discuss your interests during advising.
You should declare at least one concentration before the end of your junior year.

My advisees meet with me each semester in the month prior to registration. In this meeting, we discuss goals and determine a schedule for the upcoming semester. I typically advise marketing concentration students and others that are assigned to me. I will email you occasionally, with additional information and to schedule meetings.
We can also meet when you need guidance with any aspect of your education. Please reach out to me for help with time management, finding motivation, or for setting up an internship. My door is always open. If you're up on the 3rd floor, please feel free to drop by Old Main 378 to say hello.
